In partnership with SeedCo in Kaduna state, we implemented  a market demand project to promote SeedCo’s hybrid maize seed among farmers. This initiative aimed to increase demand and adoption for the seed variety,  improving its availability and accessibility in Kaduna state. We actively engaged with seed vendors and farmers during farming days, utilizing demonstration plots to showcase the benefits of the seeds. By  generating market demand for SeedCo’s hybrid maize seed, we encouraged its adoption and cultivation using best agronomic practices  ultimately increasing maize productivity in Kaduna state.
